Memoni Akni (Mutton with Rice)

People love to eat rice and look different taste in it. Chef Shireen is giving you a wonderful recipe that is prepared with mutton and potatoes. A perfect rice dish to serve your guests and family.
Ingredients
Rice ½ kg
Mutton meat ½ kg
Potato 3 (cut into small pieces)
Tomato 4 (cut into small pieces)
Onion 1 (sliced)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tbsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Green chili 4 (whole)
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)

Cooking Directions
Soak rice in water for 20 minutes.
Heat half cup oil in a pan.
Add sliced onion and fry until light brown.
Then add all spice, meat, ginger garlic paste and roast well.
Now add tomatoes, 1 ½ tsp salt, turmeric and red chili powder. Roast again.
Then add 1 cup water, cover and cook until mutton become half tender.
Then add potatoes and 1 cup water.
Now cook potatoes and mutton till complete tender.
Add soaked rice, remaining ½ tsp salt and 1 ½ cup water, cover and cook rice until cooked.
Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Finally sprinkle whole green chili and chopped coriander leaves.
Delicious Memoni Akni is ready to serve.
Frozen Parathay (Ready to Cook)
As Required
Frozen Paratha is one of favorable bread that you can use for various purpose. it goes great with any gravy, you can make roll paratha with different stuffing and also perfect as a wrap. Make and freeze and eat when you want.
Ingredients
Ghee 400 gm
Flour ½ kg
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Water to knead
Ice as required

Cooking Directions
Melt ghee, put in a pot containing ice and water, beat well using spoon, now remove water, squeeze margarine well and keep aside.
In a bowl mix together flour, salt and oil. Now knead to dough into a smooth form with water.
Roll the dough, put the prepared margarine in center, fold from all the four sides and keep aside for 30 minutes. Roll again and make like Swiss Roll, now make in to balls.
Put each ball in a polythene bag, roll and freeze.
Fry when want to serve.
